Build robots that matter.

Careers

Help us put dexterous robots on the line.

We're a small but fast-growing team of robotics engineers, researchers, and scientists with backgrounds from Tesla, Google, Waymo, Apple, Stanford, UC Berkeley, and CMU. We're taking on two of the hardest open problems in robotics: dexterous hardware that survives a real production line, and a foundation model that learns from real human work. If that's what you want to spend the next several years on, we'd like to talk.

Open roles

  • RoboticsFull-time · Santa Clara, CA

    Robotics Software Engineer

Build the control stack for Aero Hand. Real-time motion control, hardware integration, calibration tooling, and the runtime that makes the foundation model act on the line.

  • AI / ResearchFull-time · Santa Clara, CA

    Foundation Model Researcher

Help shape our robot AI foundation model. Pre-training on human video, post-training on real-site manipulation data, hierarchical policy design, real-world RL.

  • HardwareFull-time · Santa Clara, CA

    Mechanical Engineer (Dexterous Hand)

Design and iterate on Aero Hand and Aero UMI. Actuator selection, mechanism design, tolerancing for production, durability testing toward a 3M+ cycle lifetime.

    Apply →
  • HardwareFull-time · Santa Clara, CA

    Embedded Systems Engineer

Firmware for tactile sensors and actuators. Low-latency control loops, sensor fusion, hardware bring-up, EMC, and reliability for 24/7 factory deployment.

    Apply →
  • OperationsFull-time · Santa Clara, CA

    Manufacturing Engineer

Stand up the production line for Aero Hand. Process design, vendor qualification, yield improvement, and the pipeline from pilot to volume.
